Uk Callan School disposes of different solutions for its students. Thanks to our conditions anyone could rent a room. Flats and rooms in London are furnished, rooms are not so large but very comfortable. The majority of our clients are students and the flats and rooms in London are in central zones and well connected by means of transports to allow people to move easily in the city. London has 9 zones and the fastest way to move is the tube. An other comfortable solution is the use of day and night buses

IMPORTANT:

• The booking fee is 19 pounds per person. This fee could be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. The credit card payment system is encrypted.In this manner we could not know your private datas. The total amount has to be paid once arrived in our office in London.
• In case of arrivals out of business hours( from 6 pm to 10 am) we request a charge of 30 £ because our representative will have to wait for you to give you the keys.
• Rooms and Flats are assigned in rotation considering cleaning shifts. We could know your flat address only 3-4 days before your arrival.
• Regarding stays shorter than 14 days a 50 £ deposit per person is requested which will be given back to you the last day.

IMPORTANT:

• In the case you decide to stay in London for a period longer than 14 days, it is requested a housing package of 97 £ of which 29 £ have to be paid at the booking moment by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card system is encrypted in order not to have access to your private datas. Remaining 68 £ and the total rent amount have to be paid once arrived in our office in London.
• The HOUSING PACKAGE contains several services which are very useful for you stay in London and it also includes administration fees for the flat licence registration .
• In case of arrivals out of business hours( from 6 pm to 10 am) we request a charge of 30 £ because our representative will have to wait for you to give you the keys.
• For reasons of hygiene are not included pillows, sheets, duvets, ascuigamani that can be easily bought in markets close to home
• Rooms and Flats are assigned in rotation considering cleaning shifts. We could know your flat address only 3-4 days before your arrival. Regarding stays longer than 2 weeks we require a 2 weeks rent deposit which will be returned the last day.
• Rooms could be left by two weeks notice . Refunds are not scheduled.

Here below you will find some zones where we have our flats: Liverpool Street - Aldgate East - Kilburn - Queen's Park - Stratford - Leyton - Clapham - Canada Water Some examples : Apartment #352 It is a flat five minutes by foot from Kilburn tube stop . You could reach the Callan school in 10 minutes. It is a residential zone . The flat is composed of three double rooms , a bathroom and a kitchen completely furnished. The flat could host 6 people. Apartment #128 this flat has three floors with 6 double/single rooms. The flat is close to Canada Water tube and it is easy to reach the Callan school. There is Wi-Fi connection and the possibility to receive calls. The zone is residential. Apartment #189 Flat recently renovated by Italian manufacturing near Stratford where there are works for the new 2012 Olympic Zone. The flat is composed of 4 single/double rooms , a bathroom, a bath and a furnished kitchen. The floor has recently renovated with a wooden floor instead of moquette. Stratford is on the central red line and it is possible to reach the center in 10/15 minutes.
